#1: Facebook page insights for all
After releasing new analytics to a select few earlier in the year, Facebook is now giving their new page insights tool to the world. It seems they have listened intently to the page administrators and have provided snapshot measures as well as the ability to delve deeper into the data. They’ve even left the API (application programme interface) alone this time…
#2: Information is beautiful
I was asked about infographics earlier this week and directed the person to Information is Beautiful. Site founder David McCandless came to fame via his graphics in a newspaper. #3: Social media…don’t be boring
“Engagement is not a strategy” I love that line in this article. The anodyne and unoriginal approach of many brands in social media is beginning to grate on many consumers. This piece does a great job of explaining the issues and how to combat them.
