Clients value our professional and discreet approach; you will deal with just one personal contact who can adapt your policy at any time, as your circumstances change.

Jessica has worked in the high-net-worth insurance market since setting up Hiscox Private Client, with James Standen and David Raw, in 2013. Prior to this she worked within a client servicing and sales team in the diamond industry.
Jessica leads the team and manages a small portfolio of clients with more complex needs.

James started his career in high-net-worth insurance in 1997, when he joined Guardian Royal Exchange from the British Army, 7th Duke of Edinburgh's Own Gurkha Rifles. James joined Hiscox in 2005 and worked as an underwriting leader in the London Art and Private Client team, until he launched Hiscox Private Client in 2013. He was made a Hiscox Partner in 2021.
James manages the portfolios of clients with more complex needs and is the technical lead for the team.

David started in the insurance industry in 1978 and throughout his career has specialised in the ultra-high and high-net-worth market. He joined Hiscox and Hiscox Private Client in 2013 as a founding member. David is a Chartered Insurance Broker and qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
David manages the portfolios of clients with more complex needs and leads business development in the North.

Nicola has been with Hiscox since 2015 working in both the home and commercial insurance teams, before joining Hiscox Private Client in December 2016.
As an Account Handler, Nicola assists the team with client enquiries and the day to day management of the existing portfolio. She has attained Cert CII from The Chartered Insurance Institute and is working towards her ACII qualification.

Danny joined the Hiscox Private Client team in January 2022. Prior to this, Danny worked within the insurance industry specialising in both high net worth and commercial insurance, developing strong relationships with key individuals across the country.
Danny manages all aspects of his portfolio and is always on hand to meet his clients’ requirements.

Charlotte joined the Hiscox Private Client team in 2019. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as an assistant manager in the luxury retail sector.
As Service Coordinator, Charlotte assists the team with the day to day management of the client portfolio.

Kirsty joined the Hiscox Private Client team in May 2022. Prior to this, Kirsty worked within the insurance industry as a high net worth underwriter and prior to this a senior private client handler for an independent broker, developing strong relationships with clients and insurers.
As a Senior Account Handler, Kirsty manages all aspects of her portfolio and is always on hand to meet her clients’ requirements. Kirsty also assists the team with client enquiries and the day to day management of the existing portfolio.

Dhiren joined the Hiscox Private Client team in August 2022. Prior to this, Dhiren has worked for 15 years in the insurance industry, the last 10 years, as a Senior Insurance Broker specialising in Ultra/High Net Worth clients and servicing their individual requirements be it Property led, Motor, Art and Valuables, Commercial to Farms and Estates.
Dhiren manages all aspects of his portfolio and is always on hand to meet his clients’ requirements.
