Continuing our series profiling some of the leading companies from the 2014 Sunday Times Hiscox Tech Track 100 list, we hear how Newbury-based IT consultancy Ntegra (external link) achieved £14.6m worth of sales in 2014.

Founded in 2003, Ntegra’s clients include Vodafone and they recently acquired Greenside Partners, which allowed them to diversify and offer tours of Silicon Valley to IT directors.

In the video below, we hear from CEO Andrew Davies on the challenges they’ve faced to establish themselves in the competitive IT consultancy market, the risks Ntegra has faced as it grows and acquires other firms, and why HR, finance and staff incentives are just as important as the product the offer.
