Post and payment by cheque
We remain able to print and post documents to you, where requested. There may however, be a delay in receiving correspondence sent to us through the post, so please contact us by email or telephone, where possible.
Payments by cheque
If you pay us by cheque, you are still able to, but handling times may be longer than normal due to delays affecting incoming post. Please contact us if you would like to discuss changing your current payment method (we can also accept Direct Debit or card payments and processing times for these methods of payment are unaffected).
We are currently unable to issue and send cheques. We are however, able to issue payments to Brokers using normal banking processes (bank to bank or bank to card transfer).
