    If the client buys a firm during the course of the policy then that firm is covered automatically, provided its turnover is less than £5 million and no more than 20% of your total turnover and its activities are consistent with your clients current business.
  • Work undertaken by sub-contractors and freelancers
    We’ll indemnify your clients against covered claims against them that are the result of work undertaken by a sub-contractor or contractor.
  • Your own advertising
    If your client suffers an IP or defamation claim as a result of advertising their own business then our policy will respond. 
  • Takeovers and mergers extended reporting period
    If the client is open to acquisition, they have the option to extend their Hiscox policy to cover any past liabilities – potentially making their business more attractive to any buyer.
  • Packaged policies
    We can build in other covers required by your client’s including property, liabilities and cyber. We also have a dedicated entertainment team who can provide cover for more specialist covers including, E&O, Advertising Agent Indemnity (AAI) and Commercial Producers Indemnity (CPI).
