Karen (Jones), Dealt with my claim is a very kind way. Her manner was both efficient and effective. My claim was settled almost immediately and with the minimum of fuss and maximum of empathy. Karen dealt with me as the person I am, someone paying for a high quality service for the protection of my belongings, she did not deal with me as a claimant which is why I choose Hiscox, as I hate claiming for anything as making a claim means something has gone wrong! Karen did her best to help me with other aspects of my insurance with you and I would very much like to talk to her again, when this claim is settled about my level of cover in all it's aspects. I think Karen's approach is greatly suited to me.
