If you bought your policy directly from our Private Clients team, please contact your account manager.

Home emergency cover
If you’ve added home emergency cover to your policy and suffer a home emergency like a burst water pipe or blocked drain, ring the 24-hour helpline and an approved contractor will be sent to help as soon as possible.
For policies which began on or after 13/05/2020 or policies which have renewed on or after 27/06/2020, please call 0800 1700 291 or go online at www.hiscox.homeemergency.co.uk
For all other policies, please call 0800 042 0342.
