How much cover do I need?
It's important to think about what your business does and the potential risks it is exposed to through contact with clients and members of the public. What could potentially go wrong and what could that end up costing you? It's also worth checking your contracts for any specified levels of public and products liability cover required, or talking to potential clients about their standard contractual requirements.
Is public and products liability insurance a legal requirement?
No, generally it's not, but you'll find that some clients make it a contractual requirement of doing business with them.
