How much employers' liability cover do I need?
It's compulsory for most companies with employees to have at least £5,000,000 of employers' liability insurance in place. Our policy provides £10,000,000 of cover.
We use subcontractors from time to time – would they be covered under my policy?
Yes. It covers claims brought by anyone working for you in connection with your business under your control or supervision. This includes subcontractors, voluntary helpers and those who are self-employed working on a labour-only basis.
