Here to help with mental health

Mental health is really important. If you’re going through a tough time we’ll work with you to see what we can do to help. There are also many organisations offering support.

Financial difficulties

At some time in our lives, many of us experience mental health conditions. Sometimes this can make it hard to deal with money, or it could be your finances affecting your mental health. Please visit our Finance Support page to see how we can help.

How can Hiscox help?

If you find you need support, we’re here for you. Please give us a call on 0330 828 6193 if you’re struggling and we’ll do our best to help.

Any information you give us about your mental health is strictly confidential and we’ll only ever use it to assist you. It won’t affect any products or services you have or take with us.

  • If you have a health worker, social worker or family member that assists you, they can be copied in to any correspondence.
  • We’ll use email as the default communication method, unless you request otherwise, and can follow up telephone calls with an email to summarise the key points covered. Just let us know your preference.
