• Discuss a quote on Acturis or Trader

If your client already holds a policy with us and you’re looking to quote new covers, please speak with our existing policies team.

Option 2

Here you can:

• Access and update your client's policy;
• Make a general enquiry;
• Understand your client's cover;
• Cancel your client's policy.

Please be aware that our existing policies team cannot support with claims.

Option 3

Here you can:

• Request a new quote or continue an existing quote;
• Speak to an underwriter who will tailor a policy based on your client's needs.

If your client already holds a policy with us and you’re looking to quote new covers, please speak with our existing policies team.

Option 4

Here you can:

• Discuss your client's payments including direct debits;
• Discuss commission statements;
• Update payment details.

Please be aware that our payments team cannot support you with policy queries.

Option 5

Here you can:

• Enter the extension number of the Underwriter who you want to speak to (extension numbers can be found on an underwriter email signature)
• If they are not available you will be directed to our Broker Experience Centre
