Existing policiesHere you can:
- Access and update your client's policy;
- Make a general enquiry;
- Understand your client's cover;
- Cancel your client's policy.
Please be aware that our existing policy holder team cannot support with claims.
Option 3
RenewalsHere you can:
- Discuss your client's renewal;
- Access and update your client's policy renewal;
- Update an existing claim.
Please be aware that our renewals team cannot support with claims.
Option 4
PaymentsHere you can:
- Discuss your client's payments including direct debits;
- Discuss credit notes;
- Update payment details.
Please be aware that our payments team cannot support you with policy queries.
