- negligence or breach of duty of care: for giving bad advice or service such as the placement of a candidate in an unsuitable role
- privacy: for breach of confidence or misuse of information such as your client sending a CV to their client where the candidate currently works
- dishonesty: if an employee of your client steals money from one of their clients.
