We always recommend that you notify us of a problem as soon as you are aware of it so we can do all we can to make sure the event goes ahead.

How to report an event insurance claim
In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, you will need to provide your policy number and full details of the claim, including the date, amount and circumstances
If you have bought your policy directly from Hiscox, you should notify us of any claims as soon as reasonably possible using the contact information below:

If you have bought an event insurance policy from Hiscox through a broker, you should notify us and the relevant broker as soon as you are aware of a possible problem, or a potential claim.
