Professional indemnity claims
If a client has a problem with your work which is likely to lead to a claim against your business for compensation, even if you disagree with the complaint being made, please let us know as soon as possible.
Approving your claim
Professional indemnity insurance
For covered negligence claims, we’ll look at them on a case-by-case basis and recommend the best course of action.
Office insurance
For property loss or damage claims, you can choose your own preferred contractor or supplier to give an estimate.
If your claim is approved and we agree a cash settlement, we’ll pay it directly to your bank account.
