We are pleased to announce that the Hiscox Online Claims Notification Portal is now available for you to report new claims.
The portal can be used for most UK property and casualty claims with an online journey that's smart and dynamic to the type of claim you are reporting, and is quick and easy to use.
Following notification, the claim will be allocated to the relevant expert in the claims team who will contact you to discuss next steps.
Due to the current high volume of new claims coming through, we highly recommend you use the new portal to avoid any delays in your notification process.
If you already have a username and password for the Hiscox Credit Control Portal, you can now use these log-in details on the Hiscox Online Claims Notification Portal.
