GROUP CLAIMS

Providing a world-class claims service enhances our brand and builds customer loyalty. Given our growth plans, a huge increase in the number of reported claims is projected. We have a number of exciting initiatives underway to make sure we get this right – and contribute directly to bottom line profit.

Group also includes a number of other vital teams, including Group IT, Property Services, Finance, Marketing and HR.
